The HND in Sports Management aims to train technicians capable of understanding the sports leisure and entertainment market, as well as the legal context of practices, the functioning of institutions and associative, collective or public structures, and the marketing and management of sports activities.

- Managing the flow of information;
- Manage work teams;
- Have professional abilities inherent to any manager: autonomy, initiative, rigor responsibility;
- Have theoretical, practical and cultural knowledge of different physical and sports activities.
- Specific skills
- Know the economic, legal and institutional environment in which sports organizations evolve;
- Design and implement management tools specific to sports organizations within the framework of their within the framework of their competences (HR management, budgetary and financial management, administrative management...) ;
- To manage and lead a sports structure in relation to the local, regional or national environment - To analyse the constraints and to lead a project of a sporting nature using management methods.
