The NGO Management specialization leads to the training of technicians with solid knowledge in the analysis of organizational issues, the understanding and use of management techniques, the design and conduct of projects, and negotiations with partners.

- Generic Skills
- Understanding of the economic and business environment;
- Master the computer tool;
- Master written and oral communication;
- Be able to lead a work team.
- Specific Skills
- Carry out a project to create an NGO;
- Mastering project analysis and evaluation tools;
- Set up and manage NGO development projects;
- Participate in the preparation of the action plans of NGOs (elaboration of regulations, orientation and harmonization of their orientations) - Implementing the means necessary for the accomplishment of the administrative action (definition of missions, programs and deadlines; management of subsidies and financial aid) - Report on the conduct of the work to the hierarchical authorities;
- Updating its knowledge and following the regulatory and legislative developments relating to the field of field of intervention;
- In the end, the holder of this BTS will be able to:
*Identify the main components of a business project and the roles involved *Evaluate the loads and organize the planning of an NGO;
*Build and monitor the budgetary dashboard of an NGO *Monitor and control the management of NGOs.
