This training will allow holders of a Bac+2 in social sciences, management, legal and political sciences. To acquire the necessary skills to accompany a local development dynamic.

The lessons are evaluated in:
- Continuous assessment
- Personal work of the student
- A semester exam
The first two count for 30% and the exam for 70%. A make-up exam is organized for all those who have not been able to capitalize at the end of the two semesters of the training the 60 credits required.
